How Microbes Restore Ecological Balance
Microbes play a crucial role in the natural purification of freshwater by breaking down contaminants through various biological processes. This process, known as bioremediation, involves using microorganisms to remove or neutralise pollutants.
Some microbes can accumulate heavy metals and other contaminants within their cells, reducing the concentration of these pollutants in the water. Other microbes and their metabolic bi-products can adsorb pollutants onto their cell surfaces, removing them from the water.

Bacteria grown in laboratory-certified conditions ensures first-generation potency.
Creates a protective barrier around each cell.
Bacteria are in a state of suspended animation or “dormancy.”
Activator “protein and folic acid balance food” activates plasmid DNA and full subsequent activation begins.

SEBS Activator
• The activator is designed to dissolve the encapsulation and provide
an initial food source for the activated bacteria to insure maximum
growth of the CFUs (colony forming units).
• Consists of Folic Acid, Proteins and Micronutrients
• Mixing ratios for 1 lbs. activator to 5 gal of SEBS or 1 lbs. Activator per
1 gal of SEBS depending on type of SEBS and waste.
• Customised activator designed for specific SEBS culture and specific
type of waste needed to be digested/cleaned
• Activator attaches to waste matter so SEBS can "seek and follow",
to expedite removal of contaminants.

Mark Phillips Director / Founder
Mark has over 39 years’ experience in the International Investment Banking, Wealth Management and Business Advisory.
He has worked for a number of main street institutions in the London, Asian, Australian and New Zealand markets. His experience includes running a fixed income and proprietary trading desk, Head of Fixed Income in London, various aspects of structured finance, Global Head of New Product development and marketing in the Wealth Management sector.
Roles have included leading – Capital raising, fund structuring, product development, transaction facilitation, client relationship management (CRM) and negotiating exclusive product distribution agreements for USA, Canada and Russian Federation.
Since moving back to New Zealand Mark has gained a wide industry knowledge across the Agri, Clean-tech, and other sectors with his work in the VC and PE markets advising on governance, financial modelling, risk management and balance sheet structuring.
Nick Caughey Director / Founder
Nick has been involved in global finance for 35 years based in London, New York, Asia and Australia.
After returning to New Zealand 8 years ago, Nick established Ensea Advisory to assist young companies with strategy, finance and governance,
Nick is a passionate kiwi and has invested in and been a Director of eco-friendly waste businesses.
